Our privacy notice informs you about the personal data (PD) and non-personal data (NPD) we collect from you, how we collect it, how we protect it, how we disclose it, how you can access and modify it, and how you can limit our disclosure of this data. Our privacy notice also explains certain legal rights you have regarding your personal data. Any capitalized terms not defined herein will have the same meaning as defined elsewhere on our website.
Definitions
The terms "we," "our," and "us" refer to the owner of this website.
"Non-Personal Data" (NPD) refers to any information that is not in any way personally identifiable.
"Personal Data" (PD) means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (the "data subject"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person. PD is in many ways the same as Personally Identifiable Information (PII). However, PD has a broader scope and covers more data.
"Sensitive Personal Data" (SPD) includes a consumer's social security number, driver's license number, national identification card number, or passport number; a consumer's account log-in, financial account, debit card, or credit card number in combination with any required security code, access code, password, or credentials allowing access to an account; a consumer's precise geolocation; a consumer's racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership; the contents of a consumer's mail, SMS, and email communications, unless the business is the intended recipient of the communication; a consumer's genetic data; the processing of biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a consumer; personal information collected and analyzed concerning a consumer's health; sex life or sexual orientation. Sensitive personal information that is "publicly available" is still considered sensitive personal information or personal information
