Sales Policy

When you purchase one of our ready-to-use Webflow websites, you will receive a link to accept the model as a new website on your Webflow account.

We aim to transfer your model to your Webflow account within 24 hours of your purchase. However, this timeframe may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weekends and holidays. If you have not received your model within 24 hours, please submit a support ticket.

Once the model is transferred to your account, it becomes your property. You are then responsible for adding your own content and making modifications to the site. Our tutorial, sent instantly after purchase, guides you on how to maintain your project intact and create backups in case of accidental changes.

If your website is deleted and you wish to receive the model again, you will need to make a new purchase for us to prepare and resend it.

To fully access the features and customization options of your website, a paid Webflow subscription is required. Details on choosing the right subscription based on the product you ordered are provided in the files downloaded during your purchase.

As all our products are digital, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not offer refunds once a purchase is made. Please review the model demos, features, FAQs, and requirements before purchasing. If you have any specific questions about the models, please contact us before completing your purchase.

We are happy to assist with issues related to the website itself, construction, downloads, and provided files. Our goal is to make the launch of your site as smooth as possible by providing all the necessary resources.

However, we cannot provide support for general Webflow questions, site modifications, coding changes, or any issues that may arise from these. For such inquiries, we recommend consulting Webflow's documentation.

We offer email support (contact@izabysof.com) and strive to respond within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).

Each purchased model is intended for single use for one project/website (e.g., 1 Webflow project purchase = 1 website). For multiple uses or to create websites for different clients with the same model, a new purchase is required.

You cannot claim the design as your own, resell it, or share the models, graphics, files, or design elements provided in your purchase with others.

All photographs included in the model are royalty-free and may be used for personal purposes. Izabysof retains copyright on all designs and files included in your purchase.

Your final website design may be used in our model showcase, sales pages, or on our social media for demonstration and promotional purposes. You can contact us if you wish to opt out.
